Tabernas
This orange tone with salmon hues takes its name from the only true desert in Europe: the Tabernas Desert in Almería. World-renowned for its presence in cinema (it has been designated a Treasure of European Film Culture), this iconic location has been the setting for films such as Lawrence of Arabia, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, and Indiana Jones, but it is also a bastion of biodiversity.
The “Tabernas” shade in our Tierra collection reproduces the nuances of the sandstone and marl that make up the terrain of this emblematic place in our high-temperature fired clay pieces.
