Triangular tiles can be used to create surprising and unique mosaics

Handmade terracotta tiles in the shape of triangles pose an exciting challenge to the
creativity of any architectural studio or interior design agency. Our catalog contains equilateral
triangular tiles in two different sizes: 20 and 30 centimeters per side in different shades. As all
the pieces are unique, none will be the same as the last. Each one presents its own disparities
which, when combined together, will result in a genuine and original floor with its own charm
that will be impossible to imitate.

Triangular tiles in a larger format make it possible to create simple tessellations and even
three-dimensional optical illusions. In turn, tiles in a smaller format can be used to create
personalized mosaics or rugs on top of a hexagonal modulation. It is always possible to play
and experiment with different shades in order to generate different sensations, contrasts or
levels of depth.

Creativity in its ultimate expression

Triangular squares in both sizes and in combination with other tile types, such as the
hexagon, for example, invariably result in alluring floors and walls within which geometry is
transformed into pure design and put entirely at the service of our own imaginations. This is the
case for our Girasol 20 or 30 designs.

All of the pieces that we produce here at todobarro are made using natural fired clay. A

traditional material which pairs supremely with avant-garde design. It is a hard-wearing and
enduring resource with personality, and it is entirely sustainable given that its natural
exploitation does not entail any damage to the environment. Triangular tiles are handcrafted
by our master craftsmen and fired in our Nasrid-style oven powered by biofuel (olive pits and
cuttings from olive groves and avocado plantations in the Axarquía region) before then being
packaged in recycled cardboard and distributed exclusively on wooden pallets which can be
returned to us.
