Mulhacén
In the Sierra Nevada National Park, in Granada, we find the highest peak on the Iberian Peninsula: Mulhacén. Mulhacén is an icon of both the landscape and the history of our land (the name comes from the Spanish version of Mulay Hasan, the penultimate Nasrid king of Granada, who is said to have been buried on this mountain). This imposing peak gives its name to our shade of off-white clay, which has slight warm tones that replicate the glow of the rising sun on the snow-capped mountain peak. It is the lightest shade in the entire Tierra collection, which we achieve thanks to the pigments naturally present in the sands and clays we use to make our mixtures.
